Before school started, I bought a stack of lecture pads from Popular bearing their logo. The quality of the pads are terrible. The holes aren't far apart enough, so it doesn't go smoothly into my ring file. Also, it's very difficult to tear paper out of the pad in one piece. The paper is bound too tightly, so the edge will usually tear. It looks very ugly.
I was doing my EG tutorial yesterday and getting nowhere. Feeling frustrated, I decided to vent by writing a complaint email to Popular about their lecture pads and to ask for a refund. I even took a picture and sent it to them, haha. Felt much better after that, even though I still couldn't do the EG tutorial.
Today, I got a reply from them. That was quick. Their customer service representative asked me to tell them which branch I can go to, so they can inform the store manager to give me a refund. Such good and efficient service. Now to see if they actually do what they say they will do.
